"We came here after walking around and couldn’t figure out where and what to eat for dinner, but we’re sooo glad we ended up sitting down here and ordering the best pasta we’ve had during our stay in bari. The atmosphere was amazing and the portions are good. Toni was our server, they spoke english and was really helpful. "One of the best experiences. We chose this place randomly for dinner and it was a pleasant surprise. Since we entered the place the staff welcomed us warmly. Table setting, atmosphere and music matched the vibe. Toni the sommelier approached the table and recommended us the food cause we wanted to have some seafood for our dinner. Cod fish as a started with matched wine was a good start, then we asked for suggestions for main dish and Toni recommended us to try the octopus. Oh well, that was just devine. Primitivo rose with it worked just perfectly. Thank you for your time, wine knowledge and recommendations. That was unforgettable experience to us. Highly recommend"

"What a great place to visit. If you’re in the area, just getting off an airplane out of Bari stop in and have one of the best meals you’ve had in a while. The pasta is good. The meatballs, exceptional, and Service talk about friendly at home. Definitely going back every time we visit Bari and a view of the Sea."

"Excellent food. The seafood pasta was delicious—everything was fresh, and the quality of the pasta was top-notch. The ravioli were also very good. Perfectly composed, with delicate flavors that created a real poetry for the palate. The only minor complaint could be about the portion size: while the pasta was filling, five ravioli were definitely not enough—especially since even a slim girl couldn’t feel full from them. However, this doesn't lower the overall rating!"

"We were in Bari on vacation and stayed in an Airbnb around the other side of the marina. A couple of nights ago, we found Macari and it looked really cute inside so we stopped for dinner. Toni was our server and she was amazing! She recommended pasta, dessert and wine for us and served us complimentary limoncello. I highly recommend Macari if you are visiting the area. I would give them 10 stars if I could."
